Established in 2011, GPS Systems Bulgaria provides innovative IT business solutions for businesses from all industries with fleets of different type and size. By developing our own system, engineering and manufacturing our own devices, we have created a closed and efficient product cycle guaranteeing high quality, fast integration and affordable pricing.
In this document GPS Systems is also referred as “us”, “our”, “we”.
Under the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which governs Data Protection, we are required to give you a clear understanding of how and why we process your data and what our position is, in this relationship.
We use your information as further explained in this Privacy Notice. We will be the “controller” or “processor” of the information you provide us depending on the circumstances.

6. HOW WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA
All of your personal data will be processed and gathered according to the latest version of the GDPR, following the below principles:
6.1 Lawfulness, Fairness and Transparency:
We will process your data in order to provide this website to you and to help us answer any questions that you pose. We will also use your personal data in connection with the performance of any contract entered into with GPS Systems Bulgaria. (If you are a business, and providing us with driver data, you will need to make sure that drivers are aware that we are processing their personal data.)

All personal data which we collect from you is used only for specified legitimate and contractual purposes. We use your data only to identify you in order to perform any contract signed with you. We will not ask for more information than required to carry on our operations.
6.3. Data Retention and Accuracy:
We will retain your personal data until it is needed for us to execute our contractual agreements and three years following the end of any contract in respect of which you are party or subject. We will update your records when you inform us of the changes, thus keeping your right of rectification.
We will hold your data for up to a year after you’ve requested information regarding some of our products or services, or your last communication with us, unless you have requested to be “forgotten”. We do so in order to be able to quickly assist you and continue our relationship with you from the point of last conversation.
We will hold your data for as a long as we are in a period of sales negotiation so that we can continue to communicate with you about products and services that are relevant to your interests.

At GPS SYSTEMS BULGARIA we take data security seriously. As such, we have implemented the appropriate technical and operational measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of your data.
7. HOW WE PROTECR YOUR RIGHTS AS THE "DATA SUBJECT"
Under the GDPR, the “Data Subject” (you), have a number of rights which you must be able to exercise at any given time. For any requests following your rights as a “Data Subject”, please contact the head office, details of which are given at the end of the page or in the contacts section at the bottom of every page. If there is a situation where we cannot comply with one of the rights, or we need additional time to comply, we will provide you with a full explanation within the timescales required by the Regulation. 7.1. The “Data Subject” has the right to request access to all of their personal data which is gathered and/or processed by us. The inquiry must be answered up to 30 days after we’ve received it.
7.2. The “Data Subject” has the right to be provided with clear, transparent and easily understandable information about how we use their information.
7.3. The right of rectification - we will change and correct any inaccurate personal data which the “Data Subject” requests to be updated without undue delays.
7.4. TheAfter a contract has ended, the “Data Subject” holds the right to request their data be removed from our systems and processes. We are to have your profile forgotten and personal data deleted without any undue delays.
7.5. The “Data Subject” has the right to object or withdraw their consent.
7.6. The ability to restrict us from processing your personal data. You (Data Subject) can reverse the action through a consent from. When this right is being exercised, we may still store your information but not use it any further.
7.7. The “Data Subject” keeps their right to have their personal data transferred from GPS Systems Bulgaria to another controller.
7.8. The “Data Subject” holds their right to object or/and restrict the personal data we use for automated user profiling which results in automatic decision making.
7.9. You have the right to raise a complaint about how your personal data is being processed and/or stored with your national data protection regulator.
8. TRANSFERRING PERSONAL DATA
Due to the nature of the business, to be able to provide top quality support and service, we work with a variety of GDPR compliant businesses who act as our processors. Below is a list of the main categories of our processors:
